When you walk into Mandala, you can feel the relaxed, non-judgmental sentiment all around you. If it’s your first time walking through our doors, or if you’ve come to call the studio a second home, you will feel the loving vibe that has been created by all of our wonderful students and teachers.

The combination of Mandala & MAHA offers authentic opportunities for learning how to better participate in your healing and thriving. Following the traditions of classic yoga we aim to practice ourselves and to guide people to take yoga off of the mat and into daily life and to learn practices and ways of being that make us more present to being our fullest selves to benefit ourselves our familys and maybe even the whole world.

You will find more faith in your own abilities, as the loving teachers have faith in you. Your self-confidence and self -awareness will increase. Whether you are just starting out in the world of Yoga or if you have studied with masters, there is a class that will fit your comfort level at Mandala.
